Packed Lunches

Woodside School currently has a number of pupils with severe nut allergies.

With this in mind the school has adopted a nut free school policy and in order to protect all our students and staff, please ensure that if your child brings a packed lunch or snacks to school, they do not contain any nuts or nut products.

School Meals

We are pleased to inform you that from September 2026, our school catering service will be provided by Aspens, a leading school catering company dedicated to delivering fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals for our pupils.

Free School Meals

It is important to us that as many parents/carers claim for the free school meals regardless of whether their child eats it or not as for every child on Free school meals we get £900 more into our budget to be spent on raising the quality of learning. The school office will give further details. Parents/carers are expected to keep their dinner money payments up to date. Access to a meal may be withdrawn if this does not happen.
